Lakeshore Living

Sandy Feet Retreat

You’ll find an Ecobee smart thermostat on the living room wall that allows you to control the temperature of the home. If you're running the air conditioning, please ensure that all windows and outside doors are closed to ensure it operates at the maximum efficiency.
To adjust, tap the screen and move the slider bar up and down to your desired temperature. If you don't see the heat or air conditioning symbols, tap the middle icon and select "auto" which will allow you to set the low and high end of where you want the temperature to stay between.
In the garage, there is a mini split. It will produce both air and heat, depending on the temperature you set it to. If you find it is too cold or too warm in the garage, please use the remote located on the wall to the left when you first walk in. Turn on with the power button and adjust the temperature up or down as needed. When you are not using the garage, please turn off the unit.

Lakeside Lodge

You’ll find a Sensi smart thermostat on the wall in the hallway across from the master bedroom that allows you to control the temperature of the home. If you're running the air conditioning, please ensure that all windows and outside doors are closed to ensure it operates at the maximum efficiency. To adjust, tap the up and down button to your desired temperature.

The sand Castle

You’ll find an Ecobee smart thermostat on the living room wall that allows you to control the temperature of the home. If you're running the air conditioning, please ensure that all windows and outside doors are closed to ensure it operates at the maximum efficiency.

While the water levels may not allow for high-speed boating, you can enjoy paddle sports and fishing right on-site. Fishing is great year-round!

- Pipers is your hometown pub right on main street in Gladwin, MI. Nice place to hang out with friends. Food is good. Beverages are cold and the staff is friendly.
Riverwalk Grill – 777 W Cedar Ave, (989) 246-9123
- Located within the River Walk building. Beautiful view of the river. The food is very tasty. Good selection. Drink menu offers a good variety.
Roger’s Place Pizza – 2612 Lakeshore Dr, (989) 256-3139
- A family-owned take-out pizza restaurant serving the Gladwin area! Food is their passion, and quality comes right alongside that.
The Camp – 5810 N M-30, (989) 426-6255
- Great food! Friendly staff! Excellent customer service. Tasty drinks. Awesome communication and reasonable prices.
The Hearth – 1930 Sugar River Rd, (989) 426-9203
- Good food at reasonable prices. Hospitable and friendly staff. Patio deck seating, pub and dining room.
Lost Arrow Resort – Petting zoo, playground & dining
- Lost Arrow has a petting zoo, playground and restaurant! It's family friendly and the perfect place to take your family out to eat or to hang out for the day! So many fun activities.
